My opinion is that Prabhupada would surely want us to get the vaccine. He was current with his
smallpox, yellow fever, and other vaccinations.

(English) Srila Prabhupada advises on vaccines and epidemics in Bhagavad-gita As It Is Chapter 3 Text 14 in the meaning of page 178 of the 1972 edition:
"When there is an epidemic disease, an antiseptic vaccine protects the person from the onslaught of such an epidemic."

Prabhupada: As long as you are in the material world, you cannot neglect physical laws. Just as if you go into the jungle and see a tiger, you know that it will attack you. Why should you be attacked voluntarily? It is not that a devotee should take physical risks while having a physical body. It is not a challenge to physical laws: "Oh, I have become a devotee. I challenge everything." This is foolish.

Swami Srila Prabhupada says, “To err is human. This is not their fault. But try to correct it with a cool head. This is mandatory. "
Prabhupāda: Even in our Society, Kṛṣṇa Conscious Society, if there is no mutual cooperation, it will fall down immediately. So, as Rūpa Gosvāmī advises, the first thing is enthusiasm (Upadeśāmṛta 3).
If you really want to make progress in your devotional life, enthusiasm is the first thing. If you are unenthusiastic, you should rest rather than fussing with your mind too much. Something fell into the water, into the river, you can't see the things that fell into the water stirring up the water even more. Just stay still a few times. Once the water stabilizes, you will see things as they are.
Therefore, as soon as our enthusiasm is stirred up, it is better to sit in any suitable temple and chant Hare Krsna. There is no way to be disappointed. After all, we make a lot of mistakes. That's human nature. To err is human. This is not their fault. But try to correct it with a cool head. This is mandatory.
Likewise, there are different classes of men in society. They must cooperate for the common cause. They don't know the common cause. The common cause is Krsna. For Krsna's service, we must submit to the immediate officer or commander. Just like soldiers. Soldiers, this is not about discrimination. Whatever is ordered by the commander must be done immediately.
